MIR-900 Industrial Strength Steel Primer msds      technical data
Description: A flexible, highly modified urethane based primer system that welds tenaciously to steel surfaces and is used to bond MIR resins to steel.
Usage: Requires only a single coat. Sand/grit-blast the steel surface prior to use and coat as soon as possible (within 12 hours) after sand/grit blasting.

MIR-940 Steel Coating Resin msds      technical data
Description: Hand lay-up steel coating resin. This is a tough, structural resin (flex strength 280 MPa (40.6 ksi)) that has exceptional hydrolytic stability, is abrasion resistant and has excellent chemical resistance.
Usage: Bonds tenaciously with MIR steel primer. Multiple layers of hand-lay glass laminate / woven rovings / chopped glass can be applied (each layer must be rolled out) to deliver the required structural performance.

Description: Micro-fiber filled steel coating resin. This is a tough, structural resin (flex strength 135 MPa (19.6 ksi)) that has exceptional hydrolytic stability and excellent chemical resistance.
Usage: Bonds tenaciously with MIR steel primer. Successive 3mm (1/8”) coatings can be applied after each layer has gelled. Topcoat can include pigment and UV protection.

Description: Concrete primer used to seal damp concrete.
Usage: Bonds and seals damp concrete concrete surfaces. Apply a single sprayed/brush coatings 1mm (40 mils) and let dry before applying MIR concrete products.

Description: Micro-fiber filled coating resin can be used with glass (flex strength 280 MPa (41 ksi)) or without glass (flex strength 135 MPa (20 ksi)) laminates. Exceptional hydrolytic stability and excellent chemical resistance.
Usage: Bonds tenaciously with concrete surfaces. Successive spray coatings 3mm (1/8”) / multiple laminate layers can be applied after each layer has gelled. Topcoat can include pigment and UV additives.
